Winchester Service Event - December 2026

The Sew'N Place and Sew Chaotic are teaming up for a one-day service event by reservation only. To request service, use the form below to sign up.

When completing the form include ALL issues you are experiencing with your machine.

We are only able to service a limited number of machines during this one-day event and request that you limit to one machine per person. Multiple machines will require multiple deposits. 

A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your service appointment. This will be applied to the service.

If we are able to accommodate your service request, you will receive a notification via email with an invoice to submit your deposit to reserve your spot. 

Base service fee is $159.95 for this event. The event is an offering for convenience and is not to designed to fulfill any warranty services. If your machine is still under warranty and due for service, an appointment will need to be pre-approved with our Service Department, otherwise warranty services need to be taken to the Fayetteville or Emmitsburg locations.
