Our Easy Repair Process

Getting your machine serviced is simple—no appointment is necessary!

1. Drop Off your sewing machine at either our Fayetteville, PA or Emmitsburg, MD location during regular business hours.
2. Check In with our team. We'll discuss any issues you're experiencing and document the services you'd like performed.
3. Expert Service begins. Our typical turnaround time is 1½–2 weeks, but may vary.
4. We'll Notify You by text as soon as your machine is ready, followed up by a phone call.
5. Pick Up & Create! Stop by, pay for your repair, and get back to doing what you love.

We know that quality sewing machine repair services are becoming increasingly difficult to find, and many of our customers travel a considerable distance to visit us. To better serve those traveling from out of town, we also offer same-day service by appointment for many maintenance services and repairs.
