Bring your sewing or embroidery machine to either our Fayetteville, PA or Emmitsburg, MD location during regular business hours.

2. Check It In

Our staff will discuss any concerns you’re experiencing, answer your questions, and document the services you’d like us to perform.

3. Expert Service

Our technicians carefully inspect, clean, adjust, and repair your machine as needed. Typical turnaround time is 1½–2 weeks, although timing may vary depending on the repair and current service volume.

4. We’ll Let You Know

As soon as your machine is finished, we’ll notify you by text message and follow up with a phone call.

5. Pick Up & Get Creating

Pick up your machine, complete payment, and get back to enjoying the hobby you love.
