Return Policy

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. If you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact us before returning the item. All returns require prior approval and a Return Authorization from The Sew’N Place.

Approved returns must be sent back in their original condition, including all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the returned product is inspected and found to have no issues and to be operating properly, the purchaser is also responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once received, the item will be inspected and tested. If the reported issue cannot be confirmed and the item is found to be operating properly, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Returns sent without prior authorization, or items that are incomplete, damaged, altered, or not in their original condition, may be refused.
